Steve has a long history of Scouting in Reigate District

He became an Assistant Scout Leader in 1968 and has continued in Scouting ever since

His roles have included Scout Leader, Group Scout Leader, Assistant District Commissioner and Scout Fellowship

He was also District Commissioner for Reigate between 1981 and 1989
